Building Careers Through the Solar Apprenticeship Program
Brighten Haiti does not rely solely on outside installers. We train Haitians to design, install, maintain and troubleshoot renewable energy systems in their own communities.

Maintenance and troubleshooting

Through Solar4All, Brighten Haiti equips Local Solar Agents, known in Haitian Creole as Ajan Solè Lokal, with affordable solar equipment, practical training and business support.
Local Solar Agents can use solar energy to:

Sell lighting products
Support market vendors
Provide energy services to their neighbors
Generate income for their families
With a focus on women entrepreneurs, Solar4All helps turn access to electricity into locally owned economic opportunity.

Knowledge must be available in the language people understand best.
Akademi Solèy is Brighten Haiti’s ground breaking educational platform offering FREE practical solar, technical and business education in Haitian Creole.
