Rusty serves on the Board of Directors.

Rusty has more than 17 years of marketing, business development, and product management experience working in a diverse range of sustainable businesses including DMC Bio, an industrial biotech company that produces bio-based chemicals,  Elevance Renewable Sciences, a sustainable chemicals producer, Solarworld, American’s largest solar panel manufacturer at the time, and James Hardie Building Products, a leader in sustainable building materials.

At SolarWorld he participated in the company’s Solar2World program which donated solar systems to underserved villages throughout the world and various other charitable entities such as Schools, the Boy & Girls Club of America, and Water Missions International.

Rusty has an MBA from Kellogg Management School of Business, an M.S. in chemical engineering from Berkeley, and a B.S. in chemistry from New Mexico State University.
